HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

We use Royal Mail for all orders. UK Shipping is sent via Royal Mail 48 which is an estimated 2-3 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays). 

International shipping is sent via International Tracked which is an estimated 7-10 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays). With International mail, there may be delays outwith our control, including hold ups at customs. Please take this into account when expecting your order.

All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed delivery dates. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are dispatched 3-5 working days from date of purchase (this may be a day or 2 longer during peak times eg. Christmas, however we will post via RM 24 if orders are dispatched later).

Our garments are printed to order - fresh off the press! Larger orders may be longer due to the quantity, we will have informed you of the estimated dispatch times for these specific orders.

You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with estimated delivery dates (these are not guaranteed delivery times but a guideline).

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us via the chat and we can replace your order.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! International orders ship via International Tracked. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you feel like you want to cancel your order then please message us @ neenbeans.info@gmail.com. Please, let us know why in case there is anything we can do or make changes for the future. 

Cancellations for custom designs must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Any requests made after 48 hours will incur a fee of £2 per item. The fee is to cover any time lost, preparing your order, creating designs etc.

 

We want your garment to fit so please check the size guides before making your purchase. If it happens that you need to return your item we accept exchanges/returns on all unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of purchase.

We do no accept exchanges/returns on personalised/custom designs unless there is a fault so please ensure you have selected the correct size.

Please contact us for return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on returned/exchange items unless there is a fault.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

 

Once your return is received, we will process the refund. This may take time to return to your payment method so please be patient. We will notify you once your item has been refunded.

 

MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS/I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER.

We are sorry to hear you have not received the correct order. If we have missed out any items, please send us a picture of your order and state the missing item.

If you have received the wrong order, please send us a picture of the item(s) you have received and we can look into your order to get the correct items sent out to you. For any incorrect items that need to be returned, we will send you a returns label.

 

THERE IS A FAULT WITH MY ITEM(S)

Whilst we try to thoroughly check all items before dispatch, if you have received your order and feel that anything is damaged/defective, then please message us with an image to show the issue. We will do all that we can to resolve the issues.

 

MY ORDER IS SHOWING AS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT/LOST MAIL

If your order is showing as delivered, then please try the following:

  • Check with your neighbour - sometimes the tracking status will not point out that it has been left with a neighbour.
  • Check around your property and in 'safe places' - whilst we all hope common sense is used when packages are left in 'safe places', it may not be the case. (If the package has been damaged due to this, please contact the courier).
  • Check at your local sorting office - packages my be being held at your local postage depot.
